There are 3 suites, 4 single rooms and 25 double rooms, all with private bathroom/WC, air conditioning, satellite television, direct telephone and minibar.

The villa is surrounded by its own large private park and gardens, with swimming pool, tennis court and lots of space for car parking.

In spring and summer, breakfast, lunch and evening dinner are served outside on one of the many terraces.
There is a very regular public bus service, every 15 minutes, from the gate of the villa to the mediaeval centre of Siena.
