Our house is near Procchio, a bay on the northern coast of the island. In the bay of Procchio it is possible to take sailing and surfing courses, and to hire sailing boats, water bikes and kayaks.
Procchio is a small village, with shops, a supermarket, weekly open-air market, many restaurants, cafes and pizzerias, and is well-connected to the excellent public bus network of the island (there is a bus stop 50m from the house.) |

Procchio is 7km from Portoferraio, 7km from Marciana Marina and about 5km from Marina di Campo. It is an ideal starting place for hiking trips to the interior of the island. There is a tennis court within easy walking distance (300m) and the nearest beach and restaurants are only 600m away. The shops are just over a kilometre away. |

Both kitchens have a two-door fridge, a coffee machine, a small oven, a mixer and, of course, pots, pans and dishes. There are eating tables in each garden and in each kitchen, easy chairs for the garden and a vacuum cleaner in each house, and Maestrale has a washing machine. Both flats have a parking space. Please note that there is no TV and pets are not allowed. Linen is not included. |
