Rental policy

Rates are per week and include electricity, water, weekly change of linen and final cleaning.
Extra charges central heating (€16 per day in the apartments, €52 per day in the castle).
Payment: 50% of the rent is to be paid at the moment of booking. The remaining 50% may be paid on arrival.
Security deposit: upon arrival we ask our guests to make out a cheque of €260 as a security deposit for any eventual damage or breakage which may occur during the stay. At the end of the holiday the cheque will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Number of beds: we cannot allow the number of persons staying in a house to be higher than the number of beds initially stated. The rate for an extra person at Casa del Prete is €25 per night and at Casa di Maria is €20 per night.
Cancellation by the client the following rates will apply:
- 10% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival
- 50% up to 2 months (60 days) before the date of arrival
- 100% as from the 59th day before arrival
Should we manage to rent the house partly or fully for the cancelled period we will of course refund the client accordingly.
