Villa La Favola is situated in a stunning location - 130 metres above sea level, giving it commanding views over the gulf of Naples. This light and airy apartment is furnished comfortably and tastefully and in a traditional Italian style. It has all the elements to ensure that you have the most enjoyable time possible - the villa is quiet and peaceful yet is only a short walk from all the amenities in the town. Restaurants, a supermarket, bars, a tennis court and public parking are all within a few minutes walk.
Surrounded by stands of pine trees, it is only 2 kilometres to reach the nearest beach (Maronti), where you can relax and drink in the views under the glorious Mediterranean sun, or dive in and enjoy the cool blue waters. In the summer, there is a shuttle that takes you directly to the beach.

There are two indipentent apartments: Favola (sleeps 3+2) and Favola Suite (sleeps 5+4). The apartment consists of a large living/dining room with a charming fireplace, tiled floors, a double sofa bed, TV and a radio/cassette player - a double and a single bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. There is also a washing machine.

One of the most impressive aspects of this apartment has to be the sublime views over the Mediterranean sea from the terrace. It has a large garden table, chairs and a sun parasol to allow you to enjoy your meals al fresco, or simply to sit with a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunsets.
A supermarket and two restaurants are located at 100 metres and at 50 metres there is also a nice caffè.

All prices following are in Euro and are per week. The prices include all amenities (gas, electric, water) but do not include the charge for final cleaning of the property or for bed linen and towels. Please confirm all prices and conditions at the time of booking.
