A total list of facilities includes parking, covered swimming pool, air conditioning, TV, phone, internet, stereo, fireplace, barbecue, ping pong, bikes, wood-burning stove, panoramic solarium. On request: minibar, washing machine and dishwasher.
Distances are as follows: town centre 400 metres, archaeological sites 50m, bus stop 400m, railway station 1km, boarding for the islands 1km, bar 400m, restaurant 500m, grocery 500m, the sea 1km, Naples 6km, Rome 220km.
Prices are as follows. A night’s bed and breakfast ranges from EURO €65 to €75 for a single room; a double room from €75 to €85; a triple room is €100 to €110; four-person room €120 to €130. Single use of a double room is €65 to €75. A kitchen is available at €4 per person per day, deposit €60. You have use of the common outdoor areas and facilities.
The 'residence', sleeping 2 to 4 guests, is available for two-night weekend rental at €240, or three nights at €360. For seven nights it ranges from €700 to €800, 14 nights €1400 to €1600, 29 nights from €600 to €650 per head.
The Casa Villa houses sleep from 12 to 21 guests. Two-night weekend hire is €650 to €950, three nights €900 to €1425, seven nights €1950 to €300, 14 nights €3900 to €6000.
