Residence Ludovica is a new development of five holiday apartments in the centre of Positano on Italy’s spectacular Amalfi Coast. Each of the apartments varies in size, but all are tastefully furnished with every comfort and with beautiful Vietri ceramic floors underfoot. And each apartment has a terrace with panoramic views over orchards to the emerald green sea beyond.
The first one-room apartment covers 20 square metres and sleeps two. It comprises a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The second one-room apartment covers 30 square metres, and sleeps up to three. It has a double room with an additional single sofa bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with bath.
The first two-room apartment covers 35 square metres and is over two floors. It sleeps up to three, with a living room with single sofa bed downstairs and a double bedroom upstairs. There is a bathroom with shower.

The second two-room apartment covers 40 square metres, and sleeps up to three. It has a large double room with additional single bed, kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. The terrace in this apartment is a real feature – covering 35 square metres, it is furnished and lit, to enhance your enjoyment of the panoramic coastal views.
The final two-room apartment covers 45 square metres, and is over two floors. It sleeps up to four, with a living-room with double sofa bed downstairs and a double bedroom upstairs. It has a small kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Each of the apartments has air conditioning and heating, colour television and a hair drier; there is also a common room with washing and ironing facilities. A pay car park is available and there is a bus stop just 100 metres from the apartments. Nearby are plenty of excellent shops, bars and restaurant, and the main beach – with speedy hydrofoils to Capri, Ischia and Amalfi – is just 1 km away.
Prices of the apartments range from EURO €600 to €1100 per week, depending on the apartment and the season. On arrival in the agent’s office in Sorrento you will also pay €100 for electricity, running water, gas, cleaning and weekly linen, as well as a €100 deposit, which will be refunded on your departure.
