Hire a holiday apartment at Villa Marialuisa, and you find yourself immersed in a garden of citrus trees on the ‘Green Island’ of Ischia in the Gulf of Naples. Beach, woods and the glittering Mediterranean make this a very special way to unwind.
In the Gulf of Naples lies the beautiful island of Ischia. And on Ischia lies Villa Marialuisa, a villa delightfully converted into holiday apartments, and set in its own gardens of lemon and mandarin trees.
With apartments sleeping from one to five there is plenty of choice, and every apartment has its own bathroom. And - a lovely bonus - all apartments lead on to that fragrant garden of citrus trees. All the apartments were renovated and refurbished in 2002, practically and comfort being the watchword.
Limoneto is a two-room chalet on the ground floor. The living/dining room has a double sofa bed and leads on to the garden. There is one double bedroom and two single beds, a kitchenette. And the bathroom has shower, bidet and WC.
You mustn't miss its most beautiful beaches, such as Maronti, Cetara, Ischia Porto, Castiglione and Poseidon Garden Beach. And they are easy to reach; simply hop on one of the Water Taxis, which will speed you to secluded stretches of sand. You should also enjoy one of the mini cruises (they leave several times a day), which take you on a boat tour along the island's beaches.
