L'aranceto is a one-room apartment on the ground floor. The living/bedroom has one double and one single bed. There is a kitchenette, and bathroom with shower, bidet and WC.
Mandarino is another two-room apartment on the ground floor. The living/dining room has two single beds, and there is a double bedroom, and bathroom with bath, bidet and WC. The kitchenette completes the apartment. Pets are welcome and there is private parking.

Step outside the villa's garden and you see why Ischia has been dubbed 'the Green Island'. With wonderful vegetation and woods that, in some areas, reach right down to the beach; with long sandy beaches and a lovely year-round climate, Ischia is an idyllic holiday destination, it's the only place in Italy where you can swim all year round, even in winter. That's because Ischia is of volcanic origin, with some of its hot water springs in the sea, just yards from the shore.
