European vacation accommodation: Theatre Domus offers a holiday apartment and bed and breakfast accommodation in a large villa near Naples, Italy. With splendid sea views this will be a charming location for your Italian vacation.
The villa Theatre Domus is in the village of Capo Miseno a Bacoli, on Cape Miseno - a peninsula jutting into the Mediterranean, just outside Naples. This holiday house is set in the centre of the village but is, nonetheless, very quiet. It sits in a lovely position above a Roman amphitheatre, located right on the seafront, with views onto the Bay of Naples, and is set amid luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation. Capo Miseno a Bacoli sits at the edge of the Campi Flegrei Regional Park, so you are surrounded by ocean and unspoiled nature.

The villa was rebuilt after the Second World War by the grandfather of the current owners, and has been recently refurbished. It is built on four floors and offers an incredible view from of the sea, from south east to north west. It looks onto the coast with the lighthouse of Miseno, and in the distance you see the isles of Procida and Ischia.
All around the villa run terraces, and there is a swimming pool with sea water. The house, in a comfortable yet sophisticated farmhouse style, is a luxurious retreat. Inside there are five comfortable, bright bed rooms - all with air conditioning, all with panoramic views. Grandfather's Bedroom is a double room with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a wardrobe area. The Aunt's Bedroom is a double room with air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower next door. The Children's Bedroom has three beds with air conditioning, and a bathroom next to it with shower. Giovanna's Bedroom is a twin room with bunk beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and ventilating fan. Bedroom 5 is a single/twin room with bathroom, and ventilating fan. Bedroom 6 (for bed and breakfast) is a double room, with bathroom with shower next door; it has panoramic views and air conditioning.

If you wish, TVs and minibars can be put in the rooms, and the villa also has a lounge and dining room. Spacious, bright and with lovely views, this is an ideal spot for you to relax.
The kitchen is big and superbly equipped, with a four-ring hob, two fridges with freezers, dishwasher and a terrace with a pantry. The sea-water swimming pool is lit at night, has a solarium and is equipped with a diving board, a slide for children, showers, a changing cubicle and toilet. The portico set among thick vegetation, with a rustic yet sophisticated feel, it has a built-in barbecue and table tennis. Broad terraces run all round the villa, looking over the Mediterranean planting, Roman ruins and a lovely view.
