Bed and breakfast is €35 per person per
night. You can rent a part of the apartment (sleeping up to four). This option
costs €120 per night, and weekends start at €200.
Weekly rental costs €630 and a fortnight is €1260.
Rental of the whole apartment (from 6 to 11 beds) costs €350
per night, with weekends starting at €550. Weekly rental
is €1700.
For short stays prices are €245 per night in apartment
and €75 per night in double room.
Prices include gas and water; you will pay for electricity. There is a 10 per cent discount for university students from 18 to 25 years (show your student card). A washing machine is available on request. There is a €300 deposit and €50 charge for cleaning. Bed linen and towels are €8, and there is a €10 supplement for a single room; there is an €80 deposit for the hifi. The charge for the swimming pool is €260.
Animals are welcome but with a deposit against any damage caused. Please notify the owners should your party include any people with disabilities, as the entrance does have steps. Please confirm all prices and details when booking your vacation.
There is an enormous amount to do nearby. Discover the thermal Baths at Stufe di Nerone; dive to the underwater city of Portus Iulius; take boat trips (or a sailing boat) along the Phlegraean coast, with its lovely little bays and archipelago; enjoy wine tastings; take canoe trips from the Roman port of Miseno to the Gulf of Pozzuoli and the channel of Procida; practise kite surfing on the beach at Miseno; go trekking on the Miseno lighthouse headland, in the crater of Monte Nuovo, among the Scacchetiello vineyards and rocks, and on the islands of Procida, Ischia and Capri; go horse riding on Monte Nuovo or on the beach.
Or go cycling from Mare Morto, around the lake or along the gulf of Pozzuoli as far as the Bay of Naples. There is tennis, mini-golf, a children's playground.
