Located in Montespertoli, the 'town of wine', a small town in the hills 23 kilometres south of Florence, Tuscany, the farm dates back to 1720 and the rental apartments retain a lot of their rustic charm, with terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings, stone and marble sinks and traditional furniture. The surrounding estate covers 180 hectares of olive grove, vineyard and meadow land, and there is a small lake where guests may fish. There are two rental properties - Casa Ripalta is next to the pool, Casa Schiavone is 300 metres from the pool. |

At Casa Ripalta you'll find
the swimming pool, five one room apartments and three two room apartments.
It is also possible to have a short stay (minimum 4 days) at the farm
when there is availability (not on high season). One room apartment: With bathroom and a cooking corner. Two room apartment: Living room with cooking corner and a double sofabed, a double room and a bathroom. Three room apartment: Living room with cooking corner and a double sofabed, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. |

At Casa Schiavone you'll find 3 one room apartments, 2 two room apartments (one with facilities for disabled), 1 two room apartment with small tower (very romantic), and 3 three room apartments. There is a private swimming pool for the use of guests - the elevated position affords wonderful panoramas of the surrounding countryside, and the farm has a good relationship with a riding school just 2.5 kilometres away. The grounds of the farm have lots of secluded shady spots, and the roads are private so traffic is no worry.
