Know known as 'La Vecchia Cartiera' (The Old Paper Mill), this fine building had been a factory manufacturing quality paper since the thirteenth century. After careful restructuring and refurbishment, the old structure, located in the centre of Colle Val d'Elsa, has become a comfortable hotel.

There are 38 bedrooms with bathroom, direct telephone, air conditioning, refrigerator-bar and colour TV, and the hotel's restaurant offers a rich and varied menu, where tastes of bygone days are revived in traditional dishes of Tuscan cuisine.
