Fattoria S. Stefano consists of a large
villa of the 18th century and a hamlet built entirely of stone. The farmhouse,
recently reorganized, is divided into 4 apartments. The property measures
about 136 hectares, 16 hectares of which are vineyards, 24 hectares olive-trees
and woods of oak and chestnut. The farm produces Chianti Classico and
extra-virgin olive-oil which can be purchased on the premises. In a large
room in the village wine and oil can be tasted. The owners also organise
guided visits to the wine cellar.
