Il Palazzetto houses up to 16 people on three floors (350m²):

The ground floor is composed of the arched courtyard with its mediaeval well, a very large terrace (100m²) and a swimming pool 50 steps down from the terrace.

The first floor is composed of two living rooms with open fireplaces, a study, a dining room, two double bedrooms (with en suite bathrooms), two twin bedrooms, two single bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry.

The second floor is composed of a living room with open fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a children's bedroom (3-4 beds) and two bathrooms.
The large living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and gives access to the three bedrooms. This floor was originally used to mature the estate's Vin Santo — a traditional Tuscan dessert wine which is attic-aged for three to five years.

Il Palazzetto is spacious and has enough room for even large groups to gather in the living and dining areas, as well as to seek some privacy in one of the many corners both inside and outside.

The house is equipped with telephone, washing-machine, dishwasher, TV, stereo and central heating. Maid service is included (3 hours 3 times a week) and extra maid service and a cook can also be arranged on request. We are able to offer a cot and a fully laid out welcome meal, also by prior arrangement. Please note that prices do not include central heating.
