In the heart of the Emilia-Romagna countryside, these Italy farmhouse rentals are within a renovated barn with wood beams, old furniture and every modern comfort.
The old barn in the courtyard of the farm has been completely restored and now contains eight rooms with bathrooms: four double rooms, one single and three suites. An old fireplace warms the room where breakfast is served in the winter, while in the summer breakfast can be served outside. From monday to thursday the price for double room is EURO €60.
Wooden beams, ancient furniture and all modern comforts, such as air conditioning, TV, phone, minibar and independent central heating guarantee a pleasant stay.

The Prunus Pissardi room is so-named because it is located next to this beautiful red-leafed tree. In spring, its branches are covered with stunning pink blossoms. The room is provided with two single beds or one double bed (on request), a writing-table, an antique Emilian Louis XIV-style wardrobe, bathroom with shower, antechamber to the bathroom and four windows over two sides. These provide plenty of light and a wonderful view of the garden.
Lavender is a perennial plant that blooms in the summer, between July and August, with beautiful stalks of small light-blue and violet flowers that emit a delicate odour. It is often used to perfume bedrooms such as the Lavender Room. This room is on the ground floor and, in the summer, you can easily take a quick step outside to relax on lounge chairs in the sun or rest in the shade of the trees. The room has a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, frigo-bar and television and is furnished with period furniture and is surrounded on three sides by the garden.
The Linden Room is on the east side of these Italian farmhouse rentals and looks out through a large French window protected by a wrought iron railing. The trees facing the room are the linden trees that flank the entrance driveway. This is a warm, peaceful room with a comfortable Empire-style bed. This room, too, has a comfortable bathroom with shower, air conditioning, minibar and television.
The Cedar Room is the “room with a view” as during the construction work the decision was made to open up a view toward the south so that guests could see the lovely countryside. On the southward side, previously closed off from view, there are long rows of tall poplar trees, outlining the centre of what was once a vast estate, including an ancient villa. This well-lit room is furnished with an antique wardrobe from the late 1800s and, like the other rooms, has a comfortable bathroom with shower, air conditioning, minibar and television.
