In the last ten years Fattoria Maionchi has carefully restored some of its farmhouses to use for 'agritourism' accommodation. Maximum care has been taken in their restoration in order to maintain the original structure, so that the estate as a whole maintains the original feeling of times past.
There are four apartments, sleeping from four to six people - the minimum stay is three days. The apartments are equipped with central heating, bathrooms, kitchen with refrigerator, and television, and there is a weekly linen change. A small pool, Ping-Pong table and mountain bikes are available. It is possible to eat in the 'cantinetta', where typical Lucchese snacks, lunches and dinners are prepared upon request.
Every Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime visitors may dine at the fattoria and try some authentic Lucchese cooking. Booking is requested.
