Viareggio Carnival 2010
Hmm, a slight pause in postings there. Sic.
Each year the seafront at Viareggio is enlivened, over a series of weekends, by the rightly-famous Carnival (the official site, in English, is here). The beloved Berlusconi couldn’t but fail to be writ large in this year’s floats, one of the most striking being ‘Silvio Scissorhands’.
