Perugia, Umbria – exhibition on counterfeit money
An unusual exhibition taking place at the Museo Archeologico Nazionale dell’Umbria, Perugia from the 4th of March until the 16th of May 2010.
Entitled ‘Il Vero o Il Falso’ (true or false), the exhibition features examples of counterfeitting through the ages, looks at modern-day techniques such as hacking and card-cloning, and even reconstructs a recently-seized printing setup for the production of US Dollars.
