This holiday home is a large and comfortable apartment, and in a beautiful early 20th century building in the very central Prati district. Five minutes walk to St Peter's and the Vatican Museums, and near to the subway/underground station (Line A) of Ottaviano-S. Peters. This will take you right to Termini station and the most unmissable sights of the Eternal City: the Piazza di Spagna, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Via Condotti and many more - you can even reach many of these on foot.

Set on the second floor and reached by lift (elevator), this apartment on Via Degli Scipioni is 135 stairs up. The apartment is 90 square metres and newly refurbished, with brand-new flooring and furnishing, double-glazed windows, central heating and cooling fans in all rooms. There are three double bedrooms. All are decorated in ethnic African style with Senegalese tapestries. Furnishing for the rooms includes beds with orthopaedic mattresses, bedside table, table lamp, wardrobe, chairs, chest of drawers, mirror, fan and heating. A big modern kitchen has as stove, oven and refrigerator, freezer dishwasher, toaster, dishes, cutlery and pots, table and iron. There is one bath with tub, shower, hair dryer and towels. The large living room/diner is decorated in the same ethnic style, and there is a big dining table (seating six). There is a colour TV and music system. The apartment is cleaned every third day.

Around the corner are public phones, an internet point and market. Prati is famous for shops, restaurants and nightlife. A handy tourist guide is provided. This apartment is great for groups of friends or a family who want to make the most of Rome. The apartment prices include taxes, gas, water, electricity, heating, towels and linen and cleaning every three days.

Daily prices for 1-2 guests are €80-€130, for 3-4 guests €120-€160, for 5-6 guests €130-€180. Weekly prices for 1-2 guests are €480-€780, for 3-4 guests €720-€960, for 5-6 guests €780-€1080. Discounts may apply to last-minute reservations, for more than seven days, or for groups. A €100 deposit is payable at the start, refundable when you leave. You must specify your arrival and departure time before your vacation starts.
