Villa Maria is situated in the beautiful fertile countryside of Rome province, far enough away from the hectic pace of the "Eternal City" to allow you to unwind and relax, while still being close enough to easily get into town. Indeed there are buses from Rome that stop only a short distance from the apartments - you can leave the car and explore Rome without the hassle of having to find parking spaces. Villa Maria also provides a shuttle bus service to the nearest underground station, as well as providing guided tours around Rome and discounted rates into the Tivoli, with its sumptuous gardens and ancient villas.

There is a selection of accommodation available at Villa Maria, single rooms, double/twin rooms and even small apartments for groups of people. All of the rooms/apartments have en-suite bathrooms, TV, telephone, and even a mini bar. The rooms are spacious and decorated in the traditional Italian style with cool terracotta tiled floors to ensure a comfortable sleep in the hot summer nights.
The rooms are cleaned and tidied on a daily basis and the linens are changed every three days; a full American breakfast is served and is included in the price.

For short stays the price is EURO €60 in double room per night. For stays
more than 3 days there is a discount of 10%.
