The property is suitable as a vacation rental for up to 8 people and is located in the very north of the Lazio region of Italy, close the border with Umbria.

The villa is set in attractive and spacious grounds (6000 sq. m.) offering plenty of opportunities for relaxing immersed in nature, and situated as it is at 600m above sea level there is always a pleasant breeze even when the sultry heat in Orvieto and Rome becomes overwhelming. The attractive swimming pool terrace only a few steps from the villa is so inviting you will find it hard to tear yourself away.

The house itself is spacious and offers accommodation in four bright and attractively furnished double or twin bedrooms situated on the first floor. Also on the first floor are three bathrooms, a living room and balconies offering views over the park. On the ground floor is a large hall, breakfast room and bathroom, and a big portico looks onto the garden and swimming pool.

The villa offers perfect privacy although situated only 400 m from the main road and the nearest inhabited centre (there is a cement paved track for 200 m through the oak woods) and so is ideal for anyone wanting an Italian rental villa perfect for getting away from it all without being completely isolated.
