Particular attention has been paid to privacy. Every apartment is composed of two/three bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, bathroom and a private veranda or terrace. The farmhouse is situated atop the hill in a panoramic location at the end of a private track: far from the traffic yet only 4km from the beach, which is visible from this vacation home, Italy.

The farmhouse is at the very heart of the farm, surrounded by high trees, vineyards and orchards; the absence of noise is striking. At Madonnabruna, guests will find a silence which only a country inn, lost in nature, can provide. There is superb walking in the local countryside. Holidays at Madonnabruna mean meeting country people, watching the farm at work, and tasting local produce. There is home-produced wine and olive oil, farm-picked fruit, and local restaurants with superb cuisine.

This vacation home Italy is an excellent base for excursions into the Piceno area to visit the historical towns of Fermo, Torre di Palme, Grottammare and the antique town of Ascoli Piceno. There is the pre-Roman town of Ancona and the sanctuary at Loreto (with the house of the Virgin Mary, transported here from the Holy Land and rebuilt during the Crusades).

And there are plenty of ancient and largely unknown villages in this area, where guests can enjoy charming walks within medieval walls and along narrow old streets.

High season runs 1-20 August, Easter and the Christmas and New Year period. Mid season is 28 June to 31 July, and 21 to 31 August. Low season is all other times. Please check with your hosts to confirm these dates and check any changes. A two-bedroom apartment is EURO €67, €57 or €40 per day, depending on the season. Extras include initial cleaning of €25, bed and bath linen €8 and heating. An additional bed will be €25 per week.
