The Dolci Marche B&B is set in the wonderful landscape of the Marches hills and at the heart of the Aso Valley. The house was built at the beginning of the 1900s and has recently been redesigned to let visitors rediscover the flavours, images, and rhythms of an almost forgotten way of life. In the garden there is also a park for children.
La Filanda is a 54 m2 apartment accommodating 4 guests. It is situated on first floor of the eastern side of the villa and it is here, that many years ago, the Geminiani women used to work hemp and cotton. There is a living room with an equipped kitchen corner and with dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Depending on the season, prices range from €305 to €650.

Il Fattore is situated on the second floor of the eastern side of the villa, offering spacious and bright rooms. The windows overlook the garden, the vineyards, the olive groves and the woods. The apartment is 54 m2 and accommodates 2+2 guests. There is 1 double bedroom, a living room with a kitchen corner and a sofa bed. Depending on the season, prices range from €220 to €500.

La Dispensa is situated on the third floor of the eastern side of the villa and has bright and well aired rooms. A 100 year old door leads to this apartment and the floors still have original terracotta tiles. Large windows offer views of the surrounding hills and medieval villages. The flat is 60m2, offering 1 bedroom with 3 beds, 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. Depending on the season, prices range from €305 to €650.

Prices are per week and inclusive of water and gas consumption,
final cleaning and linen change. Heating is charged according to consumption.
Breakfast, on request, is 3euro per person.
Should you wish, there's also the option of hiring a private swimming pool,
situated some 200 metres from the farm. The 17 x 7 metre pool is €50
for a family (maximum five people) for a week. Price includes beach umbrella,
two beach mattresses, two deckchairs
and four chairs. Whether you want to go to the swimming pool, you can decide
when you will be here. You'll
pay when you arrive.
The accommodation is 100km from international airports ANCONA - FALCONARA
and PESCARA. Rome is 210km.
