The "DOLCI MARCHE" B&B is set in the wonderful landscape of the MARCHE region and at the heart of the Aso Valley.
The house was built at the beginning of the 1900s and has recently been redesigned to let visitors rediscover the flavours, images, and rhythms of an almost forgotten way of life. In the garden there is also a park for children.
In our organic farm (12 hectares) we produce fruit, cereals, vegetables, tomatoes, D.O.C.wines and cold-pressed olive oil. Our guests are free to collect the delicious seasonal fruits, vegetables and organic tomatoes of excellent quality directly in our orchards and in the vegetable garden. In our ancestral villa, we offer independent apartments to everyone likes rural life and the country with its friendly and kind people, to whom wants to know the Marche region, or likes to spend a relaxing holiday.[View on Google Map | map of The Marches ]

La Filanda is a 54 m2 apartment accommodating 4 guests. It is situated on the first floor of the eastern side of the villa and it is here that many years ago the Geminiani women used to work hemp and cotton. There is a double bedroom (with cradle), a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom (with washing-machine) and a large living room (satellite TV, sofa) with a modern well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator...). Depending on the season, prices range from €350 to €770.

Il Fattore is a 54 m2 apartment accommodating 2+2 guests. It is situated on the second floor of the eastern side of the villa, offering spacious and bright rooms. The windows look onto the garden, the orchards, the vineyards, the olive groves; this view invites you to take a walk to discover the scents and colours of the land. There is a double bedroom with cradle or single bed, a bathroom (with washing-machine), large livingroom with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for 2 persons. Depending on the season, prices range from €215 to €600.

La Dispensais a 60 m2 apartment accommodating 4+1 guests. It is situated on the third floor of the eastern side of the villa and has bright and well aired rooms. A 100 year old door leads to this apartment and the floors still have original terracotta tiles. Large windows offer views of the surrounding hills and medieval villages. There is a double bedroom with cradle and single bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds , bathroom (with washing-machine) and a modern well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, satellite TV, sofa...). Depending on the season, prices range from €350 to €770.

Prices are per week and include:
water, electricity and gas consumption, linen and final cleaning.
Also free of charge are: use of garden chairs and tables, bicycles, and swimming pools
exclusively for our guests.
The small pool, circular in shape, particularly suitable for children, and the rectangular
one, are surrounded by the spacious garden (1500 square metres) close to the house.
Free ADSL connection in each apartment and in the garden.
Free fax in our house 70 metres away.
Breakfast, on demand, Euro 3 per person per day.
Heating , on demand, is charged according to consumption.
200 metres from our farmhouse there is a little family-run restaurant with genuine and
typical dishes.
2 Km from our farm holidays, there is a little town with supermarket, chemist's shop,
butcher's shop, baker's shop, bank, pizzeria, restaurant and coffee bar.
