Marche has been called 'the best kept secret in Italy' and the house has a superb position - just 45 minutes inland from the beaches of the Adriatic, 40 minutes inland from the open air opera house at Macerata and 10 minutes from the Sibilline National Park with its extensive network of paths for walking.
There are spectacular views to the surrounding mountains of the National Park, with the Alba Rosa Country House offering peaceful country living in beautiful surroundings away from mass tourism.


From Alba Rosa you enjoy easy access to the mountains and the sea, historic towns and well kept mediaeval villages full of history and tradition.
Across this region during the summer, every village and town has its own festival - an occasion for good food, music, cultural events and fun. Just ten minutes drive takes you to the spa town of Sarnano, where the locals gather for the special spring water, for the festas and antique markets in summer and après ski in winter. Its 15th century 'centro storico' is quite unique with amazing architecture including a traditional Le Marche theatre.
