These Italian farm holidays are in a hilly area some 600m above sea level. This farmhouse in the Marches offers a superb base in central Italy.
The farm has marvellous panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, with scattered farmhouses, and beautiful woods of oak, apple trees and medlars. These Italian farm holidays are within typical farm buildings of the 1920s. They have been completely restored, leaving the original architectural features intact.
Farm holidays in the rural tradition were begun in the first years of the 20th century by the current owner’s grandfather. This farmhouse in the Marches produces cereals, olive oil and has a vineyard. On the farm they produce pork sausages using traditional methods, white and red wine.
In the heart of central Italy, in the centre of the Marches region, surrounded by the typical hilly landscape of the Monti Sibillini National Park, this farmhouse in the Marches lies 600 metres above sea level.

The flats are laid out as follows. Melograno, Girasole and Ginestra each have a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sofa bed. Nespolo has a bedroom with four bed places, bathroom, kitchen and sofa bed. Roverella has a bedroom with bathroom. Girasole and Roverella combined have a bedroom with bathroom, bedroom, further bathroom, kitchen and sofa bed.
Prices for 2007 are as follows. High season is August, New Year’s Day, Christmas and Easter; mid season is Jun, July and September; low season all other times. These Italian farm holidays offer a choice of apartments and rooms.
Nespolo (4+2 places) is EURO €370 per week low season (€20 per person per day); €445 mid season (€25); €550 high season (€30).
Melograno and Girasole (2+2 places) are each €340 per week low season (€20 per person per day); €395 mid season (€25); €495 high season (€30).
Ginestra (2+1 places) is €290 per week low season (€20 per person per day); €350 mid season (€25); €450 high season (€30).
Roverella (a bedroom sleeping 2) is €230 per week low season (€18 per person per day); €290 mid season (€23); €350 high season (€28).
The daily prices of the apartments Nespolo, Melograno, Girasole are for a minimum of 3 guests.
