The villa itself has charming suites and double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, on a bed and breakfast basis. In the dependence, a beautiful farmhouse lying in the park close by Villa Giulia, there are lovely guest suites sleeping 2, 4 or 6 guests, each with kitchenette.
Nightly rates for a double bedroom range from EURO €80 to €100; a superior double bedroom ranges from €110 to €130; a junior suite ranges from €140 to €160; a deluxe suite ranges from €160 to €180. The prices are for two people and include taxes and a delicious breakfast in the garden facing the sea or in the Villa Giulia dining room. The Villa Giulia estate is strategically located just between the city of Fano (1.5 miles away) and the city of Pesaro (2.5 miles) and only half a mile from the beaches. It is easy to reach from north or south via the A14 highway, or by train - both Fano and Pesaro have rail stations. A Villa Giulia representative can come and greet and escort you to the Residence. Car rental is available on request. Ancona Raffaello Sanzio Airport is 30 miles away. Rome, Florence and Venice are all three hours drive away; Milan is four and a half.
