Situated in a very central position, overlooking the sea and the beaches, the Residence has one, two and three-roomed apartments, with all comforts. There is a living room with a sofabed, and a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment, including a fridge and electric cooker.

The apartments have direct-line telephone, fire detection system, WiFi and ADSL connections, satellite TV (some with SKY), safe, air conditioning, children’s bed and chair, balconies with armchairs. There is daily cleaning, with fresh bath and kitchen laundry every two days. In the apartments overlooking the sea and in the upper two- or three-roomed apartments, there is SKY-TV with Vision Gold, numerous free channels and the possibility of purchasing films and sporting events.

The Residence offers a hotel-like service of concierges, a private pay parking service, and has superb facilities. There is a solarium overlooking the gulf of Sanremo provided with sun-beds, armchairs and sun umbrellas; a terrace with a children’s playing area, a games playing room, fax service, a pay washing machine, and bicycles reserved for clients. The Due Porti Residence has an agreement with the Lido bathing station opposite (free entry and cabin). Within 100 metres are private pay parking, supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent and restaurants.The solarium, provided with sun umbrellas, sunbeds and small tables, offers a wonderful view over the sea, and is an ideal corner in which to unwind completely.

The Residence play area has appropriate facilities for children up to six years of age accompanied by parents. The Bagni Italia bathing station, which is situated opposite the Residence and offers advantageous conditions to customers, also has a playing area for small guests. The beach is open from March to October. The rail station is 600 metres away, the bus 100 metres, A10 motorway 6km, Nice airport 57km, Genoa airport 135km and Milan Malpensa 320km.
