Residence Bellavista was completely renovated and has seven apartments (about 25 - 40m² each, ideal for 2-4 guests) with lake views. The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda and has a 12 x 7 metre swimming pool (open during April - September). There is a small lawn with beach chairs, and a small sun terrace. A bar is open daily at the pool, from 6pm, with drinks and music. Please note that the bar is also available to public.

Manerba del Garda has a marvellous position. It enjoys a splendid view of the lake, whose clear waters wash many kilometres of sunny beaches, wonderful coves, busy little harbours and superb cliffs with magnificent views. The cliffside at Manerba dominates the whole lake. The Valtenesi area is one of luxuriant hills, rich with wine-growing traditions, and heavy with the scent of lemons and olives.

Visitors will have the opportunity to taste typical produce. Wine and olive oil of excellent quality accompany the excellent fish from the lake, and savoury local dishes.
