These apartments on Lake Garda offer accommodation with a swimming pool on the Italian Lakes. This late 19th century farmhouse has been described as 'an extraordinary oasis for a relaxing rest and a marvellous starting point for walks or rides on a mountain bike in the nearby natural park La Rocca'.
Extra beds can be provided if required. The prices include: weekly change of bed linen (beds not made) and change of bath linen (once a week); use of the swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, table tennis, mountain bike, barbecue; heating and utilities (electricity, water and gas); parking; crib, highchair, using of garden and park for children; final cleaning after stays of not more than four days.

Extra charges: final cleaning for weekly stays depends on type of accomodation and ranges from €30 to €50; midweek bath linen is €6 and €6 per person for bad linen; cats and dogs are allowed for a charge of €6 a day; internet point for a charge of €5 for an hour, breakfast is €5 for children under twelve years old and €8 for adults. The main structure of the farmhouse dates from the 16th Century, and many of the apartments are based in the old mill in the smaller courtyard, which is connected with the central body of the farm house through a charming portico gallery. There is a large field out front, surrounded by an ancient wall. Here among the olive trees is the perfect area for barbecues and picnics. There is also a playing field for children.
