The holiday apartments are in Raffa di Puegnago, a nice little town surrounded by the countryside and the green hills of the Valtenesi. And with the apartments just 1500 metres from the beach you can enjoy wonderful views of Lake Garda.
All of the seven apartments are brand new, with a double bedroom, living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony and private car parking. You can dine in the gardens, enjoying fantastic views over the surrounding hilly landscape.
Rental prices for two guests ranges from EURO €250 to
€600. For three guests ranges from €300 to €650. For four
guests ranges from €350 to €710. During July and August only weekly
rentals are accepted. There are special discounts during the winter months.
Credit cards are not accepted, and shorter stays are available on request.
Your rent includes electricity, gas, water, weekly change of bed and bath
linen, car parking, ironing board and iron. Final cleaning is EURO 35 (kitchenette
is not included), baby cots are €3 per day and pets €3 per day.
The area surrounding the main house provides plenty to do in your free time - with footpaths, cycle routes and horse riding amid the green hilly landscape of the Valtenesi, and with world famous golf courses. And the house is perfectly positioned to visit the many famous towns and historic, artistic and cultural sites near Garda.
Lake Garda is a holiday resort for all seasons, not just summer. In autumn, plunge into local tradition via the several village festivals: there is the fair of agriculture, arts and crafts; the Truffle Fair in Brescia; the Polenta Tiragna Festival (polenta tiragna is a thick maize porridge with a selection of typical cheeses); there is Wine Glasses under the Stars; the Lotus Flowers Festival, and the Chestnut and new wine festival.
