The Type 'A/2B' apartments cover 55 square metres, sleeping 5 guests. They have a big bedroom with three beds, a living room with double divan bed, a dining room, a kitchenette corner, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and one with bath tub, and a spacious balcony.
The 'AS/2B' apartments cover 60 square metres, sleeping 4 to 6. They have two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with double divan bed, a kitchenette corner, one bathroom with shower and one with tub, and a spacious terrace.
The Type 'AS/3B' apartments cover 65 square metres, sleeping 4 to 6. They have two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with double divan bed, a kitchenette corner, air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower and WC, and one with tub, and a spacious balcony.
The Type 'A/G' apartments cover 50 square metres, sleeping 4 to 6. They have a bedroom with double bed, a large living room (32 square metres) with two double divan bed, a kitchinette corner, a bathroom and a terrace.
The Type 'Suite' apartments cover 70 square metres, sleeping 4 to 6. They have two bedrooms with double bed, living room with double divan bed, a kitchinette corner with oven and dishwasher, two bathrooms with shower and WC and a spacious balcony.
Daily prices for the studios and Studio 1 range from €65 to €103 depending on the season. Type 'A/2B' from €83 to €150, 'AS/2B' from €96 to €164, 'AS/3B' from €109 to €176, 'A/G' range from €82 to €143, 'Suite' range from €114 to €181. These prices include water, electricity, gas, satellite TV, parking, swimming pool, deckchairs and sunbeds, and use of the table tennis table.
Additional charges will be made for a final cleaning (from
€40 to €70 depending on apartment size), and for extra changes
of bed linen (€10 per person). Extra bathroom linen costs €3 per
towel and baby beds cost €5 per day. Heating and air conditioning ranges
from €5 to €7 per day (in case of use), depending on apartment
size.
