Situated on a huge outcrop of rock, this part of the lake's shoreline looks down over the charming little towns of the coast below. And nestling between the Alps and the smoothly undulating slopes of vineyards in this sunny corner of Italy, the area is wonderfully temperate and sheltered. The apartments are surrounded by spacious grounds rich with olive groves, bougainvillea and the scent of Mediterranean flowering herbs. All the apartments have either a terrace or private garden, and all have satellite TV, cell phones, covered parking and a magnificent view of the lake. Within the garden is a swimming pool for adults (15 x 5 metres) with panoramic views, a small pool for the children and a terrace reserved for sun bathing - and well equipped with deck furniture.
The apartments lie 300 metres from the Lake, and there is a motorboat service (with private harbour) and a small beach 1km away; there is also a private, secure garage for surfboards and rubber dinghies. You'll find a good restaurant just 200 metres from the apartments.
It's 1.5km to the historical centre of Gardone, 25km to the Desenzano exit from the A4 Motorway, and 55km from the Mori exit from the A22. The nearest main railway station is at Desenzano, and Verona airport is 65km away. Milan Linate airport is 130km and Milan Malpensa airport 150km.

You are perfectly placed for exploring the cities of northern Italy. Verona is 65km away, Brescia 35km, Trento 80km, Mantua 80km, Milan 135km and Venice 180km away. You'll find plenty of leisure activities too, including Gardaland 60km away and the Caneva World watersports complex 60km away. Verona's Arena is 65km away and the Parco Natura Viva zoological gardens 60km distant. The marvellous Il Vittoriale and the Hruska botanical gardens both lie less than a kilometre away.
