The Villa San Pietro is in a beautifully peaceful location and it is run by a young Italian-French couple. Anna and Jacques are delighted to welcome guests in very large and comfortable rooms: the Salmon Room, the Pink Room, the Blue Room and the Attic Room. All have en-suite bathrooms, antique furnishings, air conditioning for the summer and central heating for the winter months. Each has its own independent entrance, and all have tea and coffee facilities.

At the guests’ disposal there is a frescoed ceiling lounge with a fridge and satellite TV, private parking, a secluded garden with benches and tables, and a marble-columned loggia ... ideal for relaxing with a book on a summer night.

Anna and Jacques speak Italian, English, French, and Spanish fluently and are glad to chat and let you know about local traditions and culture; they will also advise about daytrips to Verona, Lake Garda, Mantua, Sabbioneta, Cremona, Venise, the Botanical Garden at Sigurtà and much more.

Five tennis courts and an Olympic swimming pool (indoor & outdoor) lie only two minutes walk from the Villa. Two golf courses are located nearby (10 and 15 miles), one of which is a Jack Nicklaus Jr design.

Breakfast is served in the frescoed ceiling room or in the garden, but most of all, at Villa San Pietro you will find a family environment and a relaxing atmosphere: Anna and Jacques will do their best to make your stay unforgettable and make you feel at home away from your home. On the menu is fresh bread baked daily, delicious homemade yoghurt and a variety of jams. Enjoy cereals, orange juice, tea, coffee, and chocolate.

Upon request, there is a five-course homemade dinner with fresh-baked bread. Dinner includes fresh pasta made at the villa, organic vegetables, and fruit.

Montichiari is a lovely medieval town of 20,000 people in the province of Brescia. It has the 18th century Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta; the 12th century Abbey of San Pancrazio; the very elegant 19th century theatre, all in wood; the History Museum, the Archaeological Museum and CastleBonoris, sitting in its own Park.
