One-room apartments range from EURO €60 to €80 per night during the low season, rising to €80 and €100 between May and September. Two-room apartments are €80 and €100 low season, rising to €100 and €120 in the high season.

Rates are per day, per apartment, based on double occupancy, including sheets, towels and cleaning. An extra bed is €7 per night.

Apartment Rosa dei Venti is a beautifully located and very comfortable apartment for five, in the historic centre of Bellagio, on Italy's Lake Como. The apartment is in a quiet position just along from Punta Spartivento, one of the most scenic spots on the lake - this is the extreme point of the promontory which divides Lake Como into three.

Shops, cafes, restaurants and craft shops are scattered along the small streets (largely pedestrianised) of the centre. Grocery stores, banks, a pharmacy and the tourist office are all in walking distance. The 90 square metre apartment was restored in January 2006. Finished to a high standard, it exudes charm and is very comfortably furnished. Sleeping five, it lies on the first (upper) floor of the building. The apartment has its own entrance and has a spacious living room with sofa and armchairs. There is a dining area with tables and chairs and satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The bus stop and ferry dock are within 200 metres, the nearest rail station is at Varenna.
