Stay on a historic castle estate in Italy. This accommodation near Piacenza and Pavia, Italy, is situated in one of most beautiful spots of the area, and offers apartments and rooms for every size of party.
And the fine wines are perfectly complemented by the holiday apartments, all lying on the ground floor. Apartment 121 has a living room with kitchen. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Apartment Clara has a living room with kitchen, and upstairs has two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Apartment Paola has a living room, kitchen and lumber-room. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and one triple bedroom. The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Apartment prices include heating, electricity, water, gas, and linen for the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. Apartment 121, sleeping two, is EURO €105 for one night, €165 for two, with each additional night €77. Weekly rental is €490. Apartments Clara, Paola, and Mirella all sleep four: prices are €165 for one night, €295 for two, with €103 for each additional night, or €750 for a weekly rental. Adriana sleeps six and is €217 for one night, €362 for two, and €140 for each additional night, or €955 for weekly rental. Additional single beds (where applicable) are €10 a night. Final cleaning is €26 for one-week stays in 121, €32 for Clara, Paola and Mirella and €40 for Adriana. Pets are permitted at a small fee.
All prices include breakfast. For short stays the price is €95 per night. For short stays in the apartment prices are €105 for one night, €165 for two, and €242 for three. A double bedroom with bathroom is €95 a night for two, with an additional single bed €30. Single use with bathroom is €85 a night. Suite with double bedroom, living room, bathroom and private balcony is €125 a night for two, with an additional single bed €30 per night. Pets are not admitted in the Locanda or the restaurant.
