If there is an 'undiscovered' area of Tuscany then it is the Mugello;
a fertile agricultural area, the landscape is even gentler than that
of Chianti. There are large areas of oak, beech, pine and chestnut
forest and the landscape becomes very seductive after just a short
time there.
This is the land of the Medici clan, and it contains some of the most
striking castles and fortresses you are likely to see anywhere in
Tuscany. The villa can sleep up to thirteen people and is spread over
four floors - use the link below to see and read more on the villa
and its facilities.
