Bed & Breakfast at Vecchio Podere Santa Cristiana

A double or twin room with en-suite bathroom is €105 per night [inclusive of breakfast] based on 2 people sharing. A double room plus single bed, with en-suite bathroom, is EURO €135 per night inclusive of breakfast. All rooms are furnished to a high standard. They are equipped with a hairdryer, satellite TV and a DVD player. The B&B guests can also enjoy the spacious guest lounge complete with open fireplace and a wine tasting bar. For guests who need to keep in touch with the world beyond tranquility, there is an internet point with PC provided. This is located in the entrance hall. Outside, the host’s attention to detail ensures that guests can benefit fully from the outdoor space. Enjoy a long cool drink in the covered portico area or toast the sunset at the swim-up poolside bar. All rooms are non smoking.

Self-Catering at Vecchio Podere Santa Cristiana

Moscato apartment is on the first floor and has a double bedroom with twin beds. It has a bright open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area and a modern bathroom with a generous shower. The kitchenette has an electric oven with gas hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and a range of high-and low-level cupboards. Enough cutlery, china and cooking utensils are provided to meet the needs of four adults. In the lounge area there is a television, a DVD player and a double bed settee. Maximum occupancy is four adults. Moscato Apartment is EURO €625 per week for two people sharing or €700 per week for a maximum of 4 people sharing. There is a minimum stay of two nights at €125 per night for up 2 people sharing and €135 per night for 3/4 people sharing.

Barbera Apartment is a ground floor two-bedroom apartment. One bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and the other with twin beds. It has a bright open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchenette has an electric oven with gas hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and a range of high and low cupboards. Enough cutlery, china and cooking utensils are provided to meet the needs of up to six adults. In the lounge there is a television, a DVD player and a double bed settee. The modern bathroom with a generous shower is situated in a hallway between the two bedrooms. The apartment is accessed through French windows which open internally into the lounge area and externally onto an outside living space. Barbera apartment is EURO €900 per week for four people sharing or €1000 per week for up to of 6 people sharing. If two people require this larger apartment it costs €760 per week. Maximum occupancy is six adults. There is a minimum stay of three nights at €180 per night for up to four people staying or €200 per person per night for 5 or 6 people.

All apartments enjoy a dedicated outside living space complete with tables and chairs for the sole use of apartment guests. Each apartment has a separate entrance and they are all serviced with modern central heating and are non-smoking. Bed and bath linen are provided and are changed once a week for guests booked at the self-catering rate. Guests are asked to provide their own pool towels. Additional cleaning and laundry services can be provided by special request. The owners are happy to discuss any specific requirements that you might have. We have quoted the self-catering rates but it is also possible for guests to have breakfast provided at the standard daily rate of €10 per person.
