Casa & Vela is surrounded by greenery and all 15 flats face east over Lake Maggiore. Spacious and very light, the one- and two-bedroom flats each have a balcony looking over the lake, a cooking area fitted with an electric oven, house linen, telephone, satellite TV and a safety deposit box. Above the flats there is a large sundeck for you to relax and enjoy the lake. There is also ample parking.
Weekly rental starts at EURO €325 for the 2-3 bed apartments, rising to €609 depending on the season. The 4-5 bed flats range from €435 to €780, the 6-bed apartments range from €465 to €850. There is a different tariff for Christmas and New Year. Prices include apartment cleaning and weekly change of linen; hot water, electricity, heating and all taxes. There is a €100 damages deposit on each apartment. Arrival is Saturday after 2pm, departure Saturday before 10am.
Formula Residence bed and breakfast prices are as follows. For the studio flat one night is €75 for two guests; two nights is €145 for two guests; three nights is €220 for two. Bed and breakfast in the double room starts at €90 for two guests for one night, €175 for two nights and €265 for three. For three guests, rental is €105 for one night, €200 for two nights and €305 for three nights. For four guests it’s €120 for one night, €230 for two, €350 for three nights. Breakfast is served on the terrace of the Hemingway Café, looking upon Lake Maggiore.

The Formula Residence accommodation can also be taken without breakfast. The studio for two guests starts at €70 for one night, €130 for two and €200 for three . The double room for two guests starts at €80 for one night, €155 for two and €235 for three. The double room for 4/5 guests starts at €100 for one night, €195 for two and €295 for three. For six guests, the double room starts at €115 for one night, €220 for two and €335 for three.
