Il Bellini is an agriturismo establishment — a working farm offering traditional, comfortable vacation accommodation in some of the prettiest countryside of Tuscany (or indeed Italy). With a swimming pool in the extensive grounds and marvellous, lushly-green surroundings, it provides a soothing, tranquil setting for your holiday in Tuscany. You can even buy some of the excellent extra-virgin olive oil to take home.
The Arno Valley is a hilly area of woodland, vineyards and olive groves dotted with wineries and ancient fortifications — perfect for walkers, cyclists and horse-riders. In spite of the peaceful rural setting you aren't cut off from the rest of the world - motorway and railway links pass through the valley giving rapid, easy access to Florence, Arezzo, Chianti and the rest of central Italy. The apartments are comfortable and welcoming, simply and classically decorated in pale shades with many original features including beamed ceilings and tiling. Both apartments are on the first floor with external staircases giving private access.
The larger of the apartments is Il Girasole — The Sunflower — with accommodation for six. It consists of a big kitchen and dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower.)
La Terrazza — The Terrace — is suitable for two to four
guests and consists of a big, fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining-room/livingroom
with high beamed ceilings and a fireplace and a bathroom. A double divan bed
in the livingroom and a double bedroom make up the sleeping accommodation.
As the name suggests, there is a large, covered terrace where you can dine
al fresco while enjoying splendid panoramic views of the valley.
La Cantina — Suitable for two guests, ground floor, 45m².
Double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen living room and a private garden

L'Orcaia — Suitable for four guests, 55m², ground floor.
Two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen, private outside garden

Il Pozzo — Sleeps 4+2, 70m², ground floor. Two double
bedrooms, double sofa-bed in the large kitchen/living room. Open fireplace,
two bathrooms, private garden area.
