At about 500 metres from the farm are Casa Fraschino and Casa Ginestra, with its dependence Casa Rosmarino. Again at about 500 metres from the farm, but in the opposite direction, are Casa Aiolo, Olivo and Vite.

Noce (2+2 guests 45 M²): On the first floor of a romantic farmhouse (the ground floor forms the Nespolo Apartment). It comprises a living room with fireplace and divan bed, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. There is also a covered loggia with table and chairs.

Nespolo (2+2 guests 45 M²): Located on the ground floor, below Noce (above). Living room with fireplace and divan bed, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Again, there is a covered loggia with table and chairs.

Abete (2+2 guests 40 M²): On the ground floor and first floor of an ancient farmhouse. Comprises living room with fireplace and divan bed, kitchen, double bedroom, and bathroom with shower. Covered loggia with table and chairs.

Quercia (4+2 guests 100 M²): On the first floor of the same farmhouse in which Abete Apartment is located. It comprises a kitchen with dining area and fireplace, living room with fireplace and divan bed, two double bedrooms, and bathroom with shower. Again, there is a covered loggia with table and chairs. The apartments Abete and Quercia are capable of having communicating access, and can together accommodate up to ten (6+4) guests.

Ciliegio (2+2 guests 50 M²): Located on the ground floor of the same building as Abete and Quercia Apartments. Comprises kitchen with independent cooking spot, dining spot and fireplace, a living-room with divan bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Covered loggia with table and chairs.

Faggio (4+2 guests 70 M²): Located on the ground floor of an independent farmhouse. Comprises kitchen with independent cooking spot, dining area and fireplace, a living-room with divan bed, two double bedrooms, closet and bathroom. Covered loggia with table and chairs.

Castagno (6+2 guests 150 M²): Located in the same farmhouse as Faggio apartment, on the first and second floors. Comprises kitchen with cooking spot, fireplace and dining area, living-room with fireplace and divan be,. two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, three bathrooms with showers. Loggia with table and chairs.

Ginestra (4+2 guests 80 M²): Independent farmhouse in the green Casentino hills - the area is full of woods, ideal for relaxing walks. The house is located in a private park and has been completely and finely restored with typical Tuscan materials: beams, joists, stone and brick. Comprises kitchen with cooking spot and dining area, living-room with fireplace and divan bed, two double bedrooms, and bathroom with shower. There is a garden with furniture, parking, and, at 400 metres, a lighted swimming pool (12x6 metres) with shower.
