Casa Fraschino (8+2 guests 160 M²): Another independent farmhouse, located roughly 500 metres from the main farmhouse. The house is located in a very quiet spot, 'hidden' in an Oak wood; it has a big garden with trees and a panoramic terrace. The property comprises, on the ground floor, kitchen/dining room with fireplace, large living-room with fireplace and divan bed, two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. On the first floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. The house is furnished with typical Tuscan furniture, and guests can use the swimming pool and tennis court, both located at about 600 metres from the house itself.

Casa Fraschino also has a 'dependence', Casa Rosmarino, with an independent entrance, that sleeps 2+2 guests. It comprises a living room with cooking spot, dining spot, fireplace and divan bed, one double bedroom, and bathroom with shower. There is a large terrace and private garden. Casa Rosmarino may be rented separately from the main house.

Casa Aiolo (8+2 guests 120 M²): Independent farmhouse located 500 metres from the main farm, on ground floor and first floor. Comprises living-room with fireplace and divan bed, a kitchen/dining room, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Covered loggia with table and chairs.

Olivo (8+2 guests 150 M²): A further free-standing farmhouse, on two levels, a few metres away from Casa Aiolo, above. Immersed in the woods, it lies about 300 metres from the swimming pools of the farm. The apartment comprises, on the ground floor, a kitchen living-room with fireplace and divan bed, a single studio/bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. There is a private garden and covered loggia with table and chairs.

Vite (4+2 guests 75 M²): Located on the ground floor of the 'Olivo' apartment, above, it comprises a kitchen/dining room, a living room with fireplace and divan bed, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower. Again, there is a private garden and a covered loggia with table and chairs.
