The largest apartments at il Giardino di Fontarronco have been converted from family homes and sleep 4, 6 and 8+ (or even up to 12+) guests. The smaller apartments (sleeping 2 or more) have been converted from the wine cellar, stables and other farm buildings.
Many of the apartments have private entrances from the gardens and a couple of them are air-conditioned. Due to the various original functions that the buildings served, they come in a variety of configurations, some on several floors. Prices vary considerably according to size, amenities and season: Betto, which sleeps 2, ranges from €362 to €568 per week, while I Bianchini (sleeps 8+1) ranges from €1291 to €2066. Prices are in Euros and include an end of stay cleaning charge.
All of the apartments have fully equipped kitchens and satellite television and are supplied with bed, bath and table linen. Optional services include laundry, breakfasts, cradles and (for the largest apartments) the services of a professional chef. Another extra service is the provision of guides/interpreters for excursions.
