The Villa is furnished with antique furniture and has private services for each bedroom. All around there's a wide space kept as a beautiful garden, Giardino del belvedere, with olives tress, swimming pool and amphitheatre. The spot is very secluded, because of both its location and greenery, but at the same time is very near to farms and characteristic Tuscan villages. The villa is ideal for wedding and meetings.
The property is always completely private and can host from 4 to 16 persons in rooms with en-suite bathroom.

The accommodation comprises:
Ground floor: big dining and
living room with fireplace, Tv Sat, VCR, DVD/DVX player, wi- internet connection,
stereo, CD player, piano and phone,
two well furnished kitchens and with dishwashing machine (one with
wood-fired oven), a double bedroom, a double bedroom with extra bed, a
bathroom with
shower and another with bath, another living area with Tv-VCR and
fireplace, laundry with washing machine and music room with access to swimming
pool.
First floor: Large living-room with three arches facing the centuries old oaks and greenery surrounding the house, two double bedroom with bathroom, a twin bedroom with bathroom, a double bedroom with extra bed and shared bathroom, and a twin bedroom with shared bathroom.

Amphitheatre
The open-air private amphitheatre was designed and built in 2002
by the owner Paolo Cioncolini.
Nestled in the heart of the woods and set against the natural backdrop
of spectacular oaks and junipers, the amphitheatre hosts professional performances
that take place during the warmer months of the year.
These rare private events, presented for a small audience by invitation
only, are usually held on weekends and do not interfere with the privacy
of the house.
Our guests are invited to attend the performances and will be notified
of any events that may take place during their stay.
Prices include a weekly linen change, water, electricity
as well as a Tuscan dinner on the first evening (entire villa only). 3
hours daily cleaning 2 day a week ( Tuesday & Thursday ) (entire villa
only).
Maid service is available on request, as are the services of an expert
cook and babysitter. Telephone and heating will be charged according to
consumption.
