The Villa is furnished with antique furniture and has private services for each bedroom. All around there's a wide space kept as a beautiful garden, with paths whose tempt you into exploring them. The spot is very secluded, because of both its location and greenery, but at the same time is very near to farms and characteristic Tuscan villages.

The property is available all year round, and may be rented either as a complete house with 15 beds (14+1, 7 bedroom), or subdivided into two units: one with 10 beds and the other with 4+1 beds. Each unit has a full kitchen and living room. Extra services available include the services of an expert cook, maid services, baby sitting and access to a telephone line.

If rented as a whole (sleeping 15 people), the accommodation comprises:

Ground floor: big dining room with fireplace, two well furnished kitchens and with dishwashing machine (one with wood-fired oven), living room with TV and fireplace, double bedroom, triple bedroom (3 beds), a bathroom with shower and another with bath, laundry with washing machine.

First floor: Large living-room with three arches facing the centuries old oaks and greenery surrounding the house, double bedroom with a third bed and bathroom with shower in common with a double bedroom, another two double bedrooms, both with bathroom, and a double bedroom with bathroom and shower.

If rented separately then part A (10 places) comprises:

Ground floor: big dining-living room with fireplace and a well furnished kitchen with dishwashing machine and wood-fired oven, bathroom, laundry with washing machine.

First floor: Large living-room with three arches facing the centuries old oaks and greenery surrounding the house, a double bedroom with a third bed and bathroom with shower in common with a double bedroom, another two double bedroom, both with bathrooms, and a double bedroom with bathroom and shower.

Part B (4+1 places) comprises:

Ground floor: big dining-living room with fireplace and a well furnished kitchen with dishwashing machine, double bedroom, room with 3 beds, bathroom and laundry with washing machine.
