Mulino delle Capannacce is a refurbished mill just outside the bustling village of Mercatale, near Cortona, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. It consists of three vacation apartments, which share a swimming pool and tennis court with the Bed and Breakfast facilities of Mimmi's Trattoria in the village.
