The double rooms and suites have been newly restored and all have air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-bar and wi-fi internet access. Dinners may be taken in the restaurant 40 metres away and there is bar service.
Prices for the double rooms range from EURO €80 per night in low season to €120 per night in high season, for Superior rooms (with the possibility of adding a third bed) prices range from €95 – €135. The Triple, a suite with possibility of adding a third bed, costs from €110 to €150 per night.
The villa has private parking and there is now a new swimming pool, with panoramic country views. We are able to offer massages, hydro-massages, and daily breakfasts and cleaning of rooms. The garden is large and beautifully kept, a lovely spot to stretch out and enjoy the panoramic views. The I Barronci property has a fully equipped massage room, where Luca and Stefania will take care of you, offering you a marvellous spell of relaxation and wellbeing. It is possible to hire mountain bikes or you may want to take advantage of local sports facilities which include tennis courts and five-a-side football (2 km), horseriding (1 km) and an 18-hole golf course (12 km).

The position is worth emphasising - we are located on the highest (315m) hill in the mediaeval comune of San Casciano in Val di Pesa (320m above sea level). This is the heart of the countryside of Chianti Classico, yet we're just 2km from San Casciano (where you'll find banks, chemists, shops and typical trattorie and restaurants), only 15–20 minutes from Florence and 30 minutes away from Siena.

This is the heart of Tuscany with the wonders of Renaissance Florence and
Siena and the wineries and restaurants of Chianti within easy striking distance.
