The upstairs rooms overlook the garden and pool. The covered terrace outside the living room and kitchen has a barbeque, dining table and chairs for eating out of doors. This is a very large charming apartment with decorative staircase.
Two entrances lead from a large, covered loggia, one into the sitting room
which has a Tuscan fireplace, armchairs and sofa.
The other entrance from the loggia leads into the dining room
and kitchen which has a hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer.
The interiors are characterized by stone walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta
floors, brick arches and niches.
On the ground floor there is the huge living room with a working fireplace,
the dining room and the kitchen; climbing up 5 steps, you’ll find
