APARTMENT GIOTTO (sleeps 7, 1310 square feet)
This is the biggest apartment, on two levels, sleeping up to 7 people. It has a private entrance from its own garden and a large terracotta floor.
On the ground floor there is a living room with an old working fireplace. An archway leads through into a big dining room which also has a door out onto the terrace. Open fitted kitchen which has fridge/freezer, 4 gas rings and electric oven. The kitchen is open to the dining room.

A staircase leads up from the sitting room to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms and 1 studio bedroom. The smaller bedroom has a terrace where you can enjoy the view over the hills, and late in the evening, watch the glorious colours of the sunset.
There are also 2 bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower).
All the bedrooms have views to the garden and surrounding countryside and
have beautiful wooden floors and ceilings.
The living room and the kitchen overlook a private loggia with terracotta
floor and a garden, Wood beamed ceilings, stone walls and original Tuscan
terracotta tiles furnish the apartment.
APARTMENT GIOTTO is composed of:

All the apartments are equipped with: independent heating, stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, television, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes and pots, ironing board and barbeque. They all are furnished with pictures, ornaments and antique furniture, adding extra warmth and colour, and creating a homely atmosphere.
PRICES
Weekly prices range from Euro 650 to Euro 1700 depending on the season and
apartments. There are reductions for long rental term and for the second/third
week booked.
