Three completely restored and refurbished apartments have been created in this historical building. Built in the fifteenth century by the Medici, it was enlarged by Asburgo-Lorena in 1797.
The apartments are just five kilometres from the middle of Florence and make an ideal base for exploring not only Florence but also the whole of Tuscany. The house is surrounded by 5,000 square metres of garden and there is a swimming pool for use by those renting the apartments. There is a bus-stop just ten minutes away from where you may take a bus that will take you directly into the centre of Florence.

The apartments are available for daily or weekly rental; main apartment sleeps 4+3 (95sqm), is airconditioned and has a large kitchen (with washing machine, microwave, fridge and toaster) leading onto a spacious outdoor eating area. There is a comfortable living room with sofabed, CD stereo and television. Upstairs there are two double/twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath and a study where two additional beds can be supplied.

Apartment A sleeps 2+2 (55sqm); it can be rented along with Apartment B to create one large apartment. The entrance to the apartment (which is furnished throughout with original 18th century pieces) is from the dining terrace leading into the large living/dining area with French windows, sofabed and fully-equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, toaster). This part of the house was built at the end of the 18th century while the double/twin bedroom with its metre-thick walls is in the part of the house that dates back to the 14th century. There is airconditioning and a washer/drier is supplied in the bathroom.

Apartment B sleeps 2+2. This is a bright upper floor airconditioned apartment (48sqm) with living/dining room with sofabed, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. There is a small terrace looking over the city and space available downstairs for outdoor dining. As with the other apartments, the kitchen corner is fully equipped and there are also washing machine, stereo and TV supplied.
Two small cottages in the garden are also available for rent, offering cosy accommodation.

Cottage A sleeps 2+2. Apart from the main house, this 50sqm cottage is 20m from the swimming pool and has plenty of private outdoor space. It consists of a living room with two single sofabeds, a double/twin bedroom and fully equipped separate kitchen.

Cottage B sleeps 2+1 (33 sqm); it is 30 m from the main house and the swimming pool and has its own private outdoor area. It offers a living room with kitchenette and sofabed and a double/twin bedroom.
Both cottages are airconditioned and are equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge, toaster, CD stereo and TV.
Bicycles are available for guests.
