The apartment is on the third floor (there is a lift) and lies on two levels. The lower level has all equipped kitchenette, large living room (about 50 square meters) with chimney and wood ceiling, and 1 bathroom.
The upper level has two double bedrooms with storage space each one with private bathrooms, (for a total of three bathrooms), one studio with sofa bed. The furnishings throughout are of the highest quality, in traditional local style.
There are air-conditioning, and independent central heating.
The service includes: linens, towels, home's soaps, hair-drier, ironing-accessories, TV color, DVD-Dx VHS, CD-radio player, dish washing, washing machine, fridge, freezer, American and Italian coffee maker, microwave, toaster, DSL internet wireless.
Rental for a week is €1,200 per week, €2,900 per month, including water, gas, tax. Minimum stay are four nights. There is a final cleaning charge of €50.
